No, Minikane and Miniland dolls are different brands with distinct styles and features. 

Minikane is a small, family business dedicated to making adorable, life-like dolls and accessories. Minikane dolls are known for their softer vinyl, anatomical correctness, and diverse options. They have a unique sweet vanilla scent that evokes childhood memories; and offer a wide range of stylish clothing and accessories. The clothes are all made in France and hand-sewn in ateliers near Paris. Both soft and hard body dolls are part of the Minikane collection, made in Spain. The accessories (stroller seats, Moses baskets, sleeping bags, doll carriers, etc.) are designed in France, and made in Europe or in Indonesia for their rattan collection.

Miniland dolls, on the other hand, are designed with a firmer vinyl body, are also anatomically correct, and emphasise racial and physical diversity, including dolls that represent children with disabilities. The Miniland brand however, manufactures toys and accessories for babies and children. It is part of a larger international company with branches in Hong Kong and the US. 

Both brands are committed to non-toxic, phthalate-free materials and are manufactured in Spain, but they differ in texture, scent, and the specific diversity and educational aspects they highlight.

2. Can minikane dolls wear preemie clothes?

Minikane dolls come in different sizes, and some may fit preemie clothes while others may not. The Minikane Chloe Doll, for example, is approximately 34 cm tall and may fit some preemie sizes.
