At Eeny Meeny, we work hard with trusted shipping partners to make sure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.

During working days, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm on the same day.

For now, we are only able to ship within the UK, you will find our shipping options here.

* Working day: Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please note that orders placed on Friday may not arrive until Monday, and orders placed on Saturday may not arrive until Tuesday.

We know that when we buy a gift for our kids, it's a special moment. That's why we ensure that every single item we stock is carefully curated and inspected before it goes out the door. We are proud to sell only the best brands and products, but we know that sometimes things don't quite work out the way we imagined they would. That's why we offer free local returns for all orders placed with us.
If you need to return an item, please follow the below process.

Local Returns

  • Send us an email at with your name, email address, order number, the list of item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return
  • We will send you a pre-paid shipping label
  • Post your items back to us within 90 days of purchase

Policies and Conditions

Order policy

  • During working days, we aim to despatch all orders received before 2 pm on the same day. All orders received after 2 pm am will be despatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be dspatched the next working day.
  • Kindly note that if by mistake your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, or if the order is sent back to us because it couldn’t be successfully delivered to you, we will have to charge shipping fees again to resend your order (even if it was sent free delivery). The standard shipping rate will be applied.

Sending a gift

If you would like us to send a gift to someone on your behalf, we can include a gift message. Simply add your message at checkout, and we will make sure to include it with your order.

Return and refund policy

  • We will refund only items in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging
  • In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please notify us within 5 days upon receipt of your order and attach pictures and description to your return request email to be sent to
  • Unless we are in an extended return period (example: Christmas), we will only be able to refund items in saleable condition that are sent back to us within 90 days following original receipt of your order
  • Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected (same as on dispatch). Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment via our website, and you will receive a confirmation email
  • The refund amount will be the total amount paid for the items purchased and returned. If you’re returning only part of an order, shipping costs will be not refunded
  • To qualify for free local returns, return your item(s) using the pre-paid shipping label sent to you. If you use another service and pay for it, we will not be able to refund the cost of returning the item to us
  • In the unlikely event that an item returned to us is damaged or lost in transit, a refund will only be possible with adequate proof of shipment. Generally, make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning an item
  • The total processing time for refund is up to 15 working days
