Simply create an account on our website. You can then access your loyalty account in your customer account or via our dedicated loyalty programme page.
You earn points through eligible purchases in store and online, as well as through selected missions such as creating an account, and signing up to the newsletter.
Your earning rate depends on your tier:
- Découverte: 1 point per €1 spent
- Envol: 1.25 points per €1 spent
- Montgolfière: 1.5 points per €1 spent
You can view your points balance in your account and on this loyalty page.
The programme is designed to be valid both in store and online, subject to your final app configuration.
Once unlocked, your tier stays active for 12 months. Each time you reach a new tier, your status validity restarts for another 12 months.
Yes. Reward vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
Your tier is based on the amount you spend with Eeny Meeny over the current year.
- Envol: from €250
- Montgolfière: from €500
As soon as you unlock a new tier, you begin earning points faster and gain access to the benefits linked to that tier.
No. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another account.
No. Points can only be exchanged for loyalty rewards.
Eligible purchases count towards points. Gift cards, shipping charges, and refunded orders are excluded.
