Delivery and returns
Delivery
We currently offer Click & Collect and in-store shopping.
Once you receive the “Ready for collection” email, you have 15 days to collect your order in store.
If you would like home delivery, please contact us for details and availability.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or from the date you collect your Click & Collect order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when purchased/collected: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, you can either visit us in store or contact us at contact@eenymeeny.com with your order details and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once your return is approved, you can return the item(s) in person to:

If you are unable to come into the shop, please contact us so we can arrange a postal return. Please note, however, that only Click & Collect orders can be refunded without you needing to return to the shop in person.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon purchase/collection. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, visit us in store or contact us immediately so we can make it right via:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as personal care items (including beauty products) once opened. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest option is to return the item for a refund (once approved), then make a new purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund is approved. Refunds are processed in-store as soon as the return is approved. Depending on the original payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
