Uncle Goose makes a fusion of classic and contemporary good design, tactile, loveable, educational blocks.They handcraft their products in Grand Rapids, Michigan, from fast growing SC certified basswood trees that thrive in the Great Lakes region. They started making traditional toys in their family-owned workshop in 1983. A labour of love, they dote on the craft and care it takes to create each block and use only child safe, non-toxic inks, tested to the highest standards. Environmentally responsible, their wood waste becomes garden mulch, their shavings are sent to local stables for horse bedding. Doing right by the environment is embedded in their processes and products.
